We will process your order immediately after receipt. If the order is shipped with DHL or UPS, orders are usually shipped the following working day. Delivery within Germany takes place after 1-2 working days (no guarantee). Delivery within Europe takes 3-4 working days (no guarantee).

Orders that are sent by freight forwarding require 2 days for loading and approximately 2-3 working days within Germany for delivery; Europe-wide shipments by freight forwarding can take up to 10 working days. Delivery may vary depending on individual agreement between the customer and the freight forwarder.

DHL: 4.50 euros per order. Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders over 29.00 euros.
